1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of Illinois, New Jersey, and Utah who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bloc, TDO, NU, and their affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on April 17, 2026 and ends on April 20, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) methods of entry:

In-Store Entry: Active loyalty members will automatically receive one (1) entry per day when they make a purchase at a participating location during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of the number of purchases.

Online Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Visit our online entry page and complete the entry form. Entrants must select a specific location upon entry; prizes are specific to the selected location. Limit one (1) entry per customer per day. Automated, robotic, or otherwise non-compliant entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

5. WINNER SELECTION

Winners selected by random drawing on or about April 22, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received per location. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified via phone and/or email. Winners must claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited.

Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where permitted, a publicity release. Failure to comply within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. PRIZES

Prizes vary by location and range in approximate retail value from $50 to $650. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is listed where applicable. Actual value may vary. No substitution or compensation will be provided for any difference in value.

• No cash or prize substitution, except at Sponsor’s discretion
• Prizes are non-transferable
• Prizes must be redeemed in-store at the selected location
• Certain prizes (including monthly prizes) must be redeemed within thirty (30) days of issuance or will be forfeited
• Unclaimed or unredeemed prizes will be forfeited

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable.

8. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) unauthorized human intervention; (iv) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes; or (v) injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation or receipt or use of any prize.

10. SWEEPSTAKES MODIFICATIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part at its sole discretion.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

12. RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive, fraudulent, or unsportsmanlike manner.

13. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, pandemic, regulatory issue, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, human error, pandemic, supply chain issues, regulatory changes, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

15. COMPLIANCE WITH STATE REGULATIONS

All cannabis-related prizes are subject to applicable state and local laws and regulations. Winners must meet all legal requirements at the time of redemption, including valid identification and purchase eligibility. Sponsor is not responsible if a winner is unable to redeem a cannabis-related prize due to legal restrictions.

16. GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:

(iv) any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;

(iv) any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering;

(iv) waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and any rights to have damages multiplied or increased;

(iv) no punitive, incidental, or consequential damages shall be awarded.

All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law rules.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect

18. NO WARRANTY

All prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
