Quick Service Order from one of our in-store self-service kiosks. We make it easy for you to get what you need, when you need it.
Knowledgeable Staff Ask one of our friendly Patient Care Associates any questions or recommend products and have them place an order for you. Let us be your guide.

Become a Patient
Before visiting Bloc Pharmacy, you must become a certified patient or caregiver under Utah’s medical marijuana program. To become a certified patient or caregiver, you or the patient for which you are providing care must have one of the qualifying medical conditions.
